9. Особливі положення:

а) Сеннічіте - партія переграється з укороченим контролем часу: 10 хвилин без бойомі. Дзісьогі - проводиться підрахунок очок згідно "27-очкової заявної системі". (Ладдя і слон при підрахунку стоять 5 очок, король - 0 очок, решта - по 1 очку). Рішення про виникнення одного з даних положень в партії гравців приймається і фіксується головним суддею турніру.

б) У зв"язку з епідеміологічною ситуацією та карантинними обмеженнями в Україні станом на дату проведення турніру, дозволяється участь у турнірі в онлайн спосіб (партії будуть проходити на ігровому сервері - 81dojo.com).

в) Гравець, який висловив бажання прийняти участь у турнірі Nezalezhnist Shogi Open-2020 в онлайн спосіб, допускається до участі за умови заповнення форми учасника та сплати турнірного внеску на рахунок УФС до початку турніру

г) Забороняється використання сторонніх програм чи отримання порад і підказок від гравців під час турнірних партій. За порушення правила гравця може бути дискваліфіковано до кінця турніру без повернення турнірного внеску.

д) Результат партії гравця, що приймає участь у Nezalezhnist Shogi Open-2020 в онлайн спосіб, фіксується згідно правил ігрового серверу 81dojo.com.

10. Нагородження:

10.1. Учасники, які посіли 1-3 місця, нагороджуються медалями, дипломами та цінними призами.

10.2. Місця в турнірі визначаються відповідно до кількості очок Макмагона (при швейцарській системі - за кількості набраних очок).

10.3. У разі однакової кількості очок Макмагона (набраних очок) місця визначаються з використанням наступних показників (в порядку убування пріоритетів):

- Коефіцієнт Бухгольца (SOS)

- Коефіцієнт Бергера (SODOS);

- особиста зустріч.

10.4. При збігу всіх показників п. 10.3 у учасників, які ділять призове місце, між ними буде проведено додаткове змагання на умовах, які визначить головний суддя турніру.

10.5. Результати гравців, які прийняли участь у турнірі Nezalezhnist Shogi Open-2020 в онлайн спосіб, враховуються у загальній турнірній таблиці учасників згідно тих же положень та показників, що і для гравців офлайн турніру.

11. Внесок за участь у турнірі - 200 гривень

11.1. Знижки:

Членам УФС - знижка 50%.

Для учасників молодше 14 років турнірний внесок не передбачений.

11.2. Всі витрати гравців щодо участі в турнірі несуть організації, що відряджають

Dear friends,

Ukrainian Shogi Federation invites you to take part in "Nezalezhnist Shogi Open - 2020" tournament.

The event will take place from 22nd to 23rdAugust in Kyiv(Ukraine), in Kyiv Shogi club (Street Polovetska, 14).

This tournament is included in qualifying points system.

Tournament rules: 6 round Mac-Mahon system (if less than 16 players - Swiss system)

Time control: 30 minutes basic time for each player + byo-yomi: 1 minute per move

Tournament participants:

a) Anyone who has mastered the game rules and paid a charitable contribution to the USF account is allowed to participate in the tournament

Special rules:

1) In case of sennichite the party will be replayed immediately with 10 minutes for each player time control (with no byo-yomi).

2) In case of zishogi the points will be countered according to "27-point Declare System". The player who has less than 27 points, loses (or the declarer loses in case if any one of the "27-point Declare System" conditions is broken). If both players have 27 points, White wins.

(Rook and bishop worthes 5 points each, king worthes 0 points, other pieces - 1 point each)

These two cases can be fixed only by tournament’s judge.

3) Due to the epidemiological situation and quarantine restrictions in Ukraine at the tournament date, it is allowed to participate in the tournament online (games will be held on the game server - 81dojo.com).

4) A player who has declared a wish to take part in the Nezalezhnist Shogi Open - 2020tournament via online method, is allowed to participate if he/she fills in the participant's form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/16Onp721vs3LAbLkc1yoKGaqEo6IEc77sW1yfwxnFeaA/edit) and paid tournament fee to USF account before the tournament starts.

5) It is forbidden to use any software or receive advice and tips from players during tournament games. For violating the rules, the player may be disqualified until the end of the tournament without a refund of the tournament fee.

e) The result of the game of a player participating in the Nezalezhnist Shogi Open - 2020 online is recorded according to the rules of the game server 81dojo.com.

Shogi Tournament fee:

200 UAH (~7 Є) or

100 UAH (~3,5 Є) for Ukrainian Shogi Federation (USF) members

Free for participants under 14

Preliminary tournament schedule and cultural program:

22nd August (Saturday):

11-00 - opening of the tournament,

11-30 - 1 round,

14-00 - 2nd round,

16-00 - 3rd round

23rd August(Sunday):

11-00 - 4th round,

12-30 - 5th round,

14-00 - 6th round,

16-00 - closing of the tournament

Prize giving:

The players, that took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in shogi tournament, will be awarded diplomas and worthy prizes.

Placement criteria (ranged in decreasing importance): (or Points - in case of Swiss system)

- SOS

- SODOS

- the result of the party between the players.

In case all this criteria are still equal against the players in prize giving group, the additional competition will be judged between those players.

Conditions of that competition will be settled by the tournament’s judge.

The results of the players who took part in Nezalezhnist Shogi Open - 2020 tournament via online method, are taken into account in the general tournament table of participants according to the same provisions and indicators as for  the offline tournament players.

 All costs of players to participate in the tournament are borne by the sending organization
